About me

I’m Aditya Sood, and am currently doing my Internal Medicine residency at North Shore University Hospital.

A little bit about me:

I always say yes. In both my personal and professional life, I’m a big believer that every opportunity given to me has something for me to learn from.

I love to get into the thick of things and examine the details of what I’m looking at. For instance, when COVID struck, my first instinct was to get involved: my friends and I began to deliver meals to fatigued healthcare workers and struggling homeless shelters with Feed the Frontlines GA.

I'm a practical problem solver. Whether it's figuring out how to use R to answer interesting questions, or 3d print random objects to fix small problems around my apartment, I'm always thinking about how we can figure out the next step and then accomplish it.

I co-founded and manage the national 501(c)3 nonprofit Working Together for Change, a nonprofit aimed at ending homelessness. I manages the operations of chapters across the country, while also running the local activities of the Emory chapter.

Feed the Frontlines Georgia

I co-founded and managed the national 501(c)3 nonprofit, leading a team of 90+ students in providing meals to healthcare professionals battling COVID in Georgia, with special attention to those hospitals in rural areas. This effort has involved raising over $100,000 dollars, and delivering over 3500 meals to hospitals in Georgia.
